Why Alpha Zar

A shop that understands what a down truck costs

Run by a carrier

The owner runs trucks too, so the job is judged by one thing: is the truck earning again.

Straight pricing

You see the price and the time estimate before a wrench turns. If something changes, you get a call first.

Done right once

Every job is checked before the truck leaves. A truck that comes back for the same problem costs everyone.

You stay informed

You hear from us while the truck is in the bay, so you can plan your loads around it.

Running more than one truck?

Put every unit on a maintenance schedule, with service records kept in one place and work planned around your dispatch.

How it works

Four steps from breakdown to rolling

  1. Call or send a request

Tell us the unit, the problem and where it is.

  2. Get a written quote

We look at it and give you the price and the time before work starts.

  3. We do the repair

You get updates while it is in the bay.

  4. Pick up and roll

Pay, take your paperwork, and get back to hauling.

Questions

Before you bring it in

Do I need an appointment?

Call ahead when you can so a bay is ready. Breakdowns are worked in as fast as the schedule allows.

Do you work on trailers as well as tractors?

Yes. Lights, wiring, landing gear, doors, suspension, brakes and air lines.

Will I know the cost before you start?

Yes. You get a quote with the price and the time first, and a call before anything is added.

Can you keep service records for my trucks?

Yes. Each unit's work is kept on file so you have it for audits and resale.
